As a very special experience, a small group of people will get to join us at the Slow Food Cheese Festival in Bra, Italy and in Amsterdam for a 5-day pre-cruise cheese immersion. On September 17, 2019, we will leave the US with our small group to experience the festival as never before led by James Ayers of Atelier in Yountville, California famous for Thomas Keller's The French Laundry, Ad Hoc and many other highly acclaimed restaurants. James has spent more than 20 years focused on cheese and charcuterie.
